Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models

- Complete servicing and mechanical repairs accurately and efficiently

- Keep records of work performed to high standards

- Work collaboratively within a busy dealership environment

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a fast-paced dealership or workshop

- Strong understanding of all vehicle makes and models

- Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)

- Time service qualifications are advantageous

- Demonstrable ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently

- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy

- Flexible availability, including working across 7 days per week

- Valid work eligibility (sponsorship available for qualified technicians)

- Willingness to participate in overtime

Nice to Have Skills:

- 10 years’ experience or more in the motor trade

- Automotive technician qualifications such as Master Technician status

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Significant hands-on experience within a dealership environment

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs

Other Requirements:

- Flexible working hours, including willingness to work across seven days

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
