Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well-established franchised main dealer in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Car Sales Executive to develop their career within a busy and reputable dealership environment.

Our client is offering a competitive package for the Car Sales Executive position, including a basic salary, attractive OTE potential, and excellent career development prospects.

- Basic salary of £20,000 per annum

- On-target earnings of up to £50,000 per year

- Monday to Saturday working week, with a day off during the week (no Sundays)

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service

- Present and showcase vehicles effectively to maximise sales opportunities

- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

- Update and manage detailed CRM records for successful follow-up

- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar role within the automotive industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Full UK driving licence
