You will have strong communication skills, a positive and resilient approach, and the ability to build effective relationships with students, families and colleagues. Our Ideal candidate will have:
• Supporting Young People: Experience of working with children or a willingness to undertake training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to support their learning and development effectively.
• Resilience and Professionalism: Ability to manage difficult and emotive situations with sensitivity, professionalism and a calm approach.
• Confidentiality and Trust: Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity at all times.
• Compassionate Support: Demonstrates caring, patience, energy, motivation, commitment and empathy, enabling positive relationships and meaningful support for students.
