The position offers regular paid hours, overtime potential and the opportunity to join a local transport operation.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing deliveries and collections in line with schedules• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects• Ensuring goods are handled securely and delivered in good condition• Completing delivery paperwork and digital records accurately• Providing professional service at collection and delivery locations• Following road safety, transport and company proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 licence• Current Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations• Safe, reliable and responsible approach to driving• Good communication and customer service skills• Previous commercial driving or delivery experience is beneficial• Right to work in the UKBenefits• £18.50–£19.00 per hour• Minimum 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime available• Permanent employment opportunity• Visibility to local employersApply today.
