About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Science Technician to join a supportive educational environment in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory experience or a strong scientific background to play a key role in supporting practical Science across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Prepare, set up and test equipment and materials for practical Science lessons.
Support teaching staff with demonstrations, experiments and practical activities.
Maintain laboratories, equipment and stock levels to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements, when handling chemicals and laboratory materials.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a Science Technician, Laboratory Technician or in a similar scientific environment.
Good knowledge of laboratory equipment, practical procedures and health and safety.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to supporting staff and students.
