As Internal Sales Assistant you will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for service and sales, this is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information

- Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers

- Process customer orders with 100% accuracy

- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time

- Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries

- Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications

- A proactive, positive attitude

- Attention to detail when processing orders

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
