You’ll lead your team, inspire your community and drive income for our vital services, while championing creative ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.
We value our people and offer a great work-life balance: 1 in 2 weekends, shifts from 8.45am, most shops finishing by 5.15pm, and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day off.

You’ll be responsible for…
• Driving sales, income and performance against targets.
• Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer and donor service.
• Building strong community relationships to generate quality donated stock.
• Recruiting, training and retaining a committed volunteer team.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Managing stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh, seasonal and well presented.
• Championing the Sue Ryder brand, in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
