Full UK driving licence is essential

The ability to understand individual communication preferences and adapt communication styles accordingly is essential.

Willing and able to work as part of a 24/7 rota, including: Early shifts, Late shifts, Weekends, Bank holidays & Sleep-in shifts

Kind, caring, good team player with a great sense of humour

Must be confident with IT and have access to a suitable device for completing digital timesheets and e-learning

We are recruiting Support Worker to support four people living together in the Dersingham area. The individuals lead active lives, enjoying community activities such as outings, theatre trips, holidays and day‑to‑day social events, and you’ll support them with daily living skills including cooking, shopping, housework and personal care.

You’ll join a highly experienced and supportive team, with hands‑on managers who are actively involved in the service. The role is rewarding and varied, and while experience is welcome, the most important qualities are a genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities, a calm and confident approach, and a positive sense of humour.

Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You may be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.

No previous experience or qualifications required, full training will be provided
