Sales Office Administrator, you'll gain invaluable exposure to the commercial side of the hotel industry, supporting our sales team and learning the foundations of groups, meetings and events sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Groups, Meetings & Events team with enquiries, bookings, contracts, and event administration.
- Managing enquiries through Opera and other internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Preparing contracts, invoices, reports, and sales documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
- Maintaining key sales databases, reporting tools, and team resources.
- Supporting online meeting room bookings and ensuring company standards are followed.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and contributing ideas to the wider team.
