Role Summary

We currently have exciting opportunities to join our Specialist Nursing Home wards at RHN as Health Care Assistants.

We provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, including complex clinical care, alongside assistance with communication, behavioural support, and daily living. Our focus is on promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life within a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. We also work closely with residents’ families, offering ongoing support, guidance, and reassurance.

You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with our residents to support all aspects of daily living, including personal care, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

This role requires a strong understanding of person-centred care, the ability to respond to complex health needs, and a compassionate and patient approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
