About the role

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services in Eastleigh and Winchester and is now expanding its offer to support the development of mental health and wellbeing services within Primary Care settings. The Team Leader will manage the Primary Care Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers based with GP practices across these areas.

We offer an enhanced service to patients with a range of mental health issues through a collaborative and integrative approach. This service has been developed to enhance the mental health care which the GP’s are able to offer their patients through a collaborative and integrative approach across the three practices and associated services.
