Do you have a passion for early years education and a love of inspiring young children through both indoor and outdoor learning?

Hazles Farm Childcare Ltd is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 2 minimum Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming pre-school team.

Set within a beautiful rural environment, our setting offers exceptional facilities including a tennis court, jungle gym soft-play area, and an established Forest School, led by a qualified Forest School teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing, creative, and child-centred environment.

Duties

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Support children across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them develop confidence and readiness for Reception

Encourage learning through play-based, hands-on, and imaginative experiences

Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported

Plan and deliver engaging activities using both indoor and outdoor learning spaces

Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, communication, and physical development

Work collaboratively with colleagues, including practitioners, teaching assistants, and volunteers

Build positive relationships with parents and carers, and liaise with external professionals where required

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety

Take part in training and ongoing professional development
