Production Manager

£70,000 - £75,000 - 25 days Holiday plus Banks

Monday to Friday Days

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer known for delivering innovative, high-quality products to customers across a variety of sectors. They are looking for a Production Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are achieved.

Maintain quality standards and compliance with ISO 9001

Oversee production documentation, reporting, and MRP/ERP system updates.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

Interpret engineering drawings and ensure products are manufactured accordingly.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Over ten years composites experience.

Management experience on the Shop floor
