Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced

HGV Class 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established national business based in

Fareham.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced

HGV Class 2 Drivers,

Class 2 Drivers,

Cat C Drivers,

LGV Drivers, and

Multi-Drop Drivers looking for a full-time role with excellent rates of pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

What We Offer

  • £17.00 per hour PAYE.

  • £20.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

  • Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.

  • Monday to Friday working pattern.

  • 6am starts.

  • Immediate starts available.

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Duties

  • Complete 8-12 multi-drop deliveries per day across Hampshire.

  • Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.

  • Deliver goods accurately and on time.

  • Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.

  • Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.

  • Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.

  • Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence with

    • Category C (Class 2) entitlement.

  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.

  • Valid Digital Tachograph card.

  • Previous multi-drop driving experience is preferred.

  • Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.

  • Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.

Working Hours & Pay

  • £17.00 per hour PAYE.

  • £20.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

  • Monday to Friday.

  • 4:30am to 6:30am starts.

  • Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
