Summary
The Best Connection are working closely with our client to source additional HGV Class One (C+E) Drivers for their Thirsk operation on an ad-hoc basis.
The role:
The Safe and Timely Operation of a C (Class TWO) vehicle
Starting at the Thirsk hub you will be driving across the country to deliver goods using flatbed vehicles.
Strapping and securing load
All vehicle checks and reporting of defects.
Achieving delivery slots
Using website-based delivery scheduling
Completion of electronic delivery notes and any associated paperwork
Hours of work:
06.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday
The candidate:
C (Class TWO) Licence
In date CPC and DIGI Card
Experience using Flat Bed trailers preferred
Rewards:
£14.00 per hour for first 8 hours worked Monday to Friday
£19.50 per hour after 8 hours per day
