Our Client is hiring for a reputed client to join their Tissues Customer Service team and help ensure vital products are selected, dispatched and handled with care, day in day out.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide a highly professional, efficient administration service to support the Tissues Customer Service team
* Oversee and organise the selection and dispatch of tissues on time
* Support day-to-day service delivery including order receipt and product dispatch
* Handle customer complaints and contribute to a responsive customer experience
* Manage invoicing and provide legislative advice and guidance (following the required training)
* Support internal and external audit activity
* Keep accurate records and maintain oversight of relevant documentation
* Operate and upkeep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and other IT-based systems used by the department
* Follow training and information manuals to give customers technical advice relating to tissue storage, tissue preparation and licensing requirements
What you'll bring:
* Strong all-round administration skills with a keen eye for accuracy and organisation
* Experience working with people in a customer service or similar role (including dealing with the public and hospital staff)
* Confident communication skills-both in person and in writing
* A good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* The ability to work as part of a team to support efficient service delivery
* Confidence with figures and record keeping
* Education to at least NVQ level II (or equivalent)
* Experience and familiarity with office procedures and equipment, with the ability to make the role your own
