Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Early Education: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

- Key Person Duties: Act as a key person for a designated group of children, tracking their progress, building strong bonds, and completing accurate developmental observations.

- Parent Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers, providing daily updates on their child’s well-being and milestones.

- Safety & Welfare: Ensure the nursery environment remains clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming at all times.

- Teamwork: Work collaboratively alongside room leaders, management, and fellow practitioners to maintain high standards of childcare practice.
