We're looking for a Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team and begin an exciting career in horticulture and grounds maintenance. This role covers a broad patch across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey, including Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, Wokingham, Slough, Camberley, Guildford, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes and surrounding locations.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk. One day you could be helping to transform a community green space, the next learning new skills from experienced colleagues who are passionate about what they do. Every day is a chance to learn, develop and grow.

What can you expect?

You'll join a supportive team who will help you build your skills and confidence while completing your apprenticeship qualification.

Caring for trees, shrubs, hedges and communal green spaces
