Summary

Key Responsibilities: Programme and Project Coordination Support the Programme Director with the planning, coordination and delivery of NHS PeoplePortal implementation activity across K&M NHS organisations. Contribute to programme RAID logs, action logs, decision logs and benefits realisation activity. Identify risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities at organisation level, ensuring these are appropriately managed, escalated and shared across the programme. Coordinate actions arising from project and programme meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Support organisations to understand programme requirements, implementation milestones and their responsibilities throughout the rollout. Attend organisation-level check-in meetings, programme meetings and project lead groups as required. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between NHS organisations, the regional programme team, technical teams, suppliers and other delivery partners. Support the Programme Director with programme reporting, governance documentation, papers and presentations. Deputise for the Programme Director at relevant meetings when required.
