The Role
You'll live in the client's home on a one week on, one week off rota, providing personalised support that enables them to enjoy the highest possible quality of life in familiar surroundings.
This is much more than a care role. It's about building meaningful relationships, offering companionship, and helping someone continue to live life their way.

Your Responsibilities
You'll support our client with a range of daily activities, including:
Companionship
• Building a positive relationship
• Providing conversation, encouragement and emotional support
• Sharing enjoyable activities and interests
Daily Living Support
• Preparing healthy, nutritious meals
• Supporting with shopping and household tasks
• Light housekeeping and laundry
Personal Care
• Assisting with washing, dressing and grooming
• Medication prompting and reminders
• Moving and handling support where required
Community Support
• Accompanying the client to appointments and outings
• Supporting hobbies, interests and exercise routines
• Driving when required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
• Kind, compassionate and genuinely caring
• Experienced in supporting people living with dementia
• Reliable, committed and professional
• An excellent communicator
• Respectful of clients, their homes and their independence
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care
Previous care experience is essential for this role.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous.
