Project Delivery Lead Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Newhaven | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexible Hours Av.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our client's team based in Newhaven as a Project Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will have Site Management capabilities and construction experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of Projects and Services across the UK.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Record and understand the key project deliverables and milestones

* Lead multiple projects and keep track of them within a program

* Production and management of project documentation

* Communication with internal and external stakeholders, positively and professionally

* Oversee project health and safety to current legislation and best practice

* Manage regular reviews to measure progress against project commitments

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records to ensure compliance with legal requirements,

business objectives, and customer expectations.

* Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications

* Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and removing obstacles to ensure the project stays on track

* Sub-contractor management through the project lifecycle

* Provide the Project Services Director with regular reports on project status and actions being taken

* Stay informed about evolving industry trends and advancements in construction technology

* Carry out any other reasonable duties or requests as directed by the Project Services Director.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.

Previous experience in a similar role

Good attention to detail and teamwork skills

Full Uk Driving Licence
