Summary

Learning Support Assistant – Hanwell | Full-Time

A welcoming primary school in Hanwell is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils who need additional help with their learning. This will include providing 1:1 and small group support, helping children access classroom activities and delivering targeted interventions.

You may work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting their learning, communication, confidence and independence within the classroom.

The school is looking for a patient and proactive LSA who can build positive relationships with children and work effectively as part of the wider school team. Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs would be beneficial.
