ROLE DESCRIPTION

Carlisle College is seeking a qualified and empathetic Counsellor to join our Student Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our learners by providing a confidential, professional

counselling service that helps them thrive both personally and academically.

What you'll do

Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions for students.

Carry out triages and assessments.

Work closely with safeguarding teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support.

Contribute to wellbeing initiatives, workshops, and staff training.

Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards in line with BACP guidelines.
