Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? Do you enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching and want to work in vibrant local schools across South Liverpool?
Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced, motivated educators to join our supply team. We are working with a variety of primary schools that require dedicated support in EYFS settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact during a child's crucial early years.
Your Role:
Deliver engaging, high-quality EYFS learning experiences and play-based activities.
Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
Adapt teaching and support strategies to suit the diverse developmental needs of young learners.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive social and emotional development.
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Liaise with school staff to maintain continuity in the children's routine and learning journey.
Act as a positive role model, contributing to an inclusive environment.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience working within EYFS settings (KS1/KS2 experience is a welcome bonus).
A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to quickly settle into new school environments.
Strong classroom and behavior management skills suited to early years learners.
A passion for early childhood development and helping children reach their full potential.
Ability to travel to various primary schools across South Liverpool.
