Summary
Start the Journey of Premium Scottish Salmon
Before our salmon is smoked, prepared and transformed into the high-quality products enjoyed by customers across the UK and beyond, it passes through our Primary Processing team.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team in Buckie. This is a physically active, hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in preparing fresh salmon for the next stage of production.
You don't need previous seafood or factory experience. If you're dependable, willing to learn and enjoy practical work, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing fresh salmon as part of the primary production operation.
Checking fillets, using knives and specialist tools.
Handling products safely and efficiently as they move through the production process.
Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and hygiene.
Working with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
