Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner/Labourer to join our team for a 3-month contract in Iver. This role involves a combination of cleaning and labouring tasks, with an estimated workload split of 70% cleaning and 30% labouring. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across the site.

Responsibilities As a Cleaner/Labourer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning Duties:
- Servicing and cleaning four cabins daily.
- Cleaning welfare facilities, including four containers.
- Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of appropriately.
- Labouring Duties:
- Litter picking across the site and surrounding roads.
- Cleaning and maintaining the yard area.
- Checking and maintaining site barriers.
You will be expected to work efficiently and adhere to all health and safety regulations while ensuring the site remains clean and operational.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid CSCS card (essential).
- Previous experience in cleaning or labouring roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:
- Starting with the cleaning of cabins and welfare facilities to ensure they are ready for use.
- Conducting regular checks and emptying bins across the site.
- Performing litter picking and maintaining cleanliness on roads and in the yard.
- Assisting with labouring tasks, including checking and maintaining barriers.
- Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the site supervisor.
