Summary

We are currently seeking a Performance Vehicle Technician to join a reputable and well-established workshop located in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This opportunity is ideal for experienced technicians aiming to specialise within high-performance and classic vehicle sectors, working in a professional and supportive environment.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Servicing high-performance and classic vehicles, conducting maintenance checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications

- Diagnosing faults accurately and providing effective repair solutions

- Performing mechanical repairs and component replacements on performance vehicles and classic cars

- Communicating repair needs and providing precise time estimates to clients and team members

- Maintaining detailed service and repair records in compliance with workshop procedures

- Testing vehicles post-repair to ensure quality standards and optimal performance

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician with a strong mechanical background

- Experience working on performance vehicles, classic car restoration, or motorsport engineering is highly desirable

- Attention to detail with a methodical approach to diagnosis, repair, and maintenance

- Full UK driving licence

- Professional attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop skills within a specialised environment
