Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:

- Identify, observe, and report defects or early signs of vehicle/component failure

- Complete and sign off all service records, defect reports, and manufacturer paperwork accurately

- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, including MOT assessments

- Liaise with customers regarding vehicle condition and repair results

- Ensure vehicles are safeguarded during repairs to prevent damage and maintain cleanliness post-service

- Attend manufacturer training courses as required

- Assist in mentoring apprentices when needed

- Obtain prior approval before fitting unapproved parts and ensure warranty or customer inspection requirements are met

Requirements:

- Minimum Level 2 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealer environment is preferable

- A valid UK driving license is essential

- Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
