We are recruiting for a Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre located in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Duties of a Panel Beater:
- Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Complete body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work
- Repair or replace damaged panels using approved methods
- Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components as required
- Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments
- Collaborate with estimators, damage assessors, and the production team for efficient workflow
- Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater or MET Technician with panel repair experience in an accident repair environment
- IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individualates
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience working on electric vehicles is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
