Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their dynamic team.The RoleBased from the company's Head Office in Derby, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality asbestos surveying services for clients across the UK. The role requires regular travel and occasional overnight stays.Key responsibilities include:Conducting Management and Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos SurveysCarrying out annual re-inspections of known Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs)Preparing, reviewing and quality-checking asbestos survey reportsDelivering asbestos awareness briefings where requiredEnsuring surveys are completed in accordance with current industry standards and regulationsMaintaining strong client relationships and providing professional adviceCandidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should possess:P402 qualification (or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Lead Asbestos SurveyorExcellent organisational and communication skillsReliable, punctual and professional approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to meet client requirements and changing project demandsWillingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home on a regular basisConfidence working in a variety of environments including offices, construction sites, care homes and industrial facilitiesGCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C / Level 4 or above) or equivalentGood IT skills, including Microsoft Word and OutlookFull UK driving licence preferredWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking consultancy that values its employees and recognises the importance of professional development.
