Progress MentorLocation - Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)Contract type – 16.25 hours per week, term-time only (38.6 weeks)Hours – 8.30am-3.05pm, 3 days per weekContract term – Permanent to start October 2026Salary - Payscale LPT4, FTE £25,867 - £27,701 (pro rata £10,029-£10,740)Do you have an interest in supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint a progress mentor to work within the learning support department supporting our students. You will be part of an amazing team with a deep commitment to delivering excellent results and helping students achieve their potential.The role provides practical and specialised support for students who have communication, cognition and learning; behavioural, emotional and social; or physical/sensory difficulties.Main duties include: • Planning and delivering interventions to small groups or individual students • Liaising with teaching staff about the needs and support of specific students • Supporting and implementing the whole school policies relating to behaviour. Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in April 2026 as “Expected Standard” in all categories. We have a centralised behaviour system allowing consistent classroom strategies with low impact processes.
