Swindon Academy is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic administrator to support our Senior Leadership Team. As part of a collaborative administration team, you will play a vital role in the success of the academy, providing professional support and helping to ensure key functions operate effectively and supporting our Admissions process. In this role you will be: Confidential secretary and Personal Assistant to either the Principal or Secondary Head Teacher Undertake confidential and non-confidential administration for the Senior Leadership Team. Effectively manage internal projects on behalf of the senior leadership team Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholdersAdmissions & Parental Communications Support Assistant:Work with Swindon Borough Council Admissions TeamHandle all stakeholder and parent enquiries regarding admissionsManage all aspects of general admissions to the AcademyManage In year admissions to the AcademyManage the admission process of year 7 and reception children into the AcademyAssist in managing student recruitment eventsLiaise with SBC regarding appealsHandle complaints that the school may receive from all stakeholdersManage all parent communication to the PrincipalManage all communication from the Principal to parents and stakeholders.Ensure that Academy Policies are kept up to date and stored and shared as appropriateManage FoI requests that relate to students.Why Join Us?At The Swindon Academy, you'll be part of a committed team making a real difference to the educational experience of young people.
