Summary

We're looking for an experienced Test Analyst / Automation Tester to join a large-scale digital transformation programme, helping to deliver high-quality services that support critical business and user outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative Agile environment where quality is valued from the outset. You'll play a key role in shaping solutions, influencing delivery teams and ensuring systems are robust, reliable and fit for purpose.

We're particularly interested in strong testing professionals who can engage confidently with stakeholders, challenge constructively when required, and champion best practice throughout the software delivery life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute and maintain manual and/or automated test scenarios.

Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define effective test approaches.

Identify, investigate and manage defects through to resolution.

Supporting core engineering and standard testing functions. This role offers the chance to make a real impact quickly, with the possibility of increased on-site presence aligned to delivery needs.Other items include

-Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Playwright, with strong hands-on skills in JavaScript/TypeScript

-Applying solid knowledge of CI/CD principles, integrating solutions using Azure DevOps and GitHub

-Writing high‑quality test cases and executing them effectively

-Identifying, reporting, and managing defects/bugs

-Creating comprehensive test plans and test completion reports
