Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a
Glass Cutter to join a busy manufacturing operation based in
Bradford, BD4. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing and processing experience looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
Working as part of a production team, you will be responsible for cutting and processing glass to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and processing glass accurately to specification
- Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
- Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Handling glass products with care and attention to detail
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing and/or processing environment is essential
- Experience working with glass cutting equipment is advantageous
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures within a production environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
