Summary

Plant Operative

Monday to Friday / alternating shifts- 40 hours per week

week 1 : 0530-1400

week 2 : 1330-2200

Pay rate: £14.41 per hour (£29985.56 per annum)

Overtime available.

What You'll Be Doing

Don't worry if you've never done this before -

we'll train you. Your day-to-day will include:

Driving a

counterbalance forklift and

loading shovel to keep production moving

Running our

automated sand drying and mortar mixing systems from the control room

Loading lorries safely and efficiently

Carrying out

simple quality checks in our lab (nothing complicated!)

Helping keep the factory tidy, safe and well maintained

Preparing silo equipment ready for customer delivery

Pitching in with other general factory tasks as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box. If you're

reliable, organised and keen to learn, you'll fit right in.

Essential:

Full UK driving license (Category B)

Experience working in a similar environment

Basic IT Skills required

Helpful but not essential:

Loading shovel experience

FLT CB License
