Managing and prioritising multiple projects, ensuring actions are delivered within agreed timescales. Supporting effective workforce and operational management across the Division. Monitoring performance, targets and delivery against agreed objectives. Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Working collaboratively with the National Modality Business Support Team to develop and implement innovative ways of working. Providing practical support to colleagues and taking a resourceful approach to resolving operational challenges. Supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture across the Division. Identifying opportunities for sustainable change and supporting their implementation across services.
