Summary

Lead a small team of 4 cleaning operatives and make sure that all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Deliver daily team briefings, allocate tasks, and provide on-the-job training where necessary

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and in line with site protocols Carry out scheduled deep cleans in production areas and high-risk zones

Monitor compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations

Liaise with the facilities and production teams to prioritise cleaning requirements

Report equipment faults and manage cleaning stock levels

Train new staff and support ongoing development of the cleaning team

To Be responsible of locking the facility in the absence of the team leader.
