Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and confident Healthcare Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our growing healthcare staffing agency in Burnley.
The role will involve recruiting, managing candidates, dealing with existing healthcare clients and developing new customer relationships.
A key part of the position will be business development
The successful candidate will help us build and develop our healthcare department, with opportunities to progress into senior recruitment, business development and sales management roles.
Key responsibilities:
Manage candidate availability and bookings.
Deal with existing customers and staffing requirements.
Expand business region and make outbound calls.
Build relationships with healthcare providers.
Follow up leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain candidate and client databases.
Work towards recruitment, sales and revenue targets.
Help develop the company's sales and recruitment processes.
We are looking for someone who is: confident, organised, commercially minded, target-driven and comfortable speaking to customers and candidates on the phone.
Previous recruitment, healthcare, sales or business-development experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.
