We are seeking a dedicated Family Substance Use Worker to join our Children's Services team and play a key role in supporting families to achieve positive and sustainable change.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of working with children, young people and families facing complex challenges, including substance misuse, safeguarding concerns and family adversity. You will be confident in building trusting relationships, undertaking direct work with families, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children.

• Experience of working with children, young people and families affected by substance misuse or other complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
• A commitment to improving outcomes for children through compassionate, restorative and strengths-based practice.
