Within this supportive environment, you will lead and develop our Fresh Start, Home Energy Advice and Housing Support services, helping local people facing homelessness, housing instability and financial hardship move towards safer, more stable lives. As our Service Manager – Homelessness and Support, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to staff, oversee service quality, safeguarding and performance, and ensure that services meet the needs of clients, funders and partners.

You will use service data, client feedback and staff learning to drive improvement, manage operational challenges and strengthen partnership working. Although you will not routinely hold a caseload, you will provide guidance on complex cases and help your teams deliver effective, person-centred support that achieves meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Please note that this post requires either a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, or having means of transport to travel across Charnwood / Leicestershire.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post.
