Summary

Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. 1. Knowledge of evidenced- based smoking cessation interventions 2. Have good written and verbal skills 3. Passionate about putting service users first and delivering high-quality services 4. Knowledge of the risks of smoking in Mental health 5. Awareness of national initiatives and guidance 6. Understanding of determinants of health model and the health needs of peopleliving in disadvantaged areas. 7. Organising and planning events as necessary supporting information material Governance including quality, standards, documentation & ethics Practice Responsibilities Human Resources Training & Development Quality & Patient Safety 8. Maintain communication and records within the organization including the preparation of notes, booking appointments, and recording all activities. 9. Inputting, monitoring, and reporting data in relation to smoking and follow on from the ward to the community. 10. Arrange follow up appointments Please note for this role you will need the ability to travel independently and in a timely manner across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to meet strict time deadlines.
