Are you an experienced, passionate and values-led leader looking for an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people across the North East?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Manager to lead and develop our Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing leadership and oversight across a range of services and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities.

You’ll be responsible for creating a positive culture, developing and supporting your teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the people we support experience excellent outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships with the people we support, families, colleagues and external partners, while ensuring our services maintain high standards of quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse geographical area, so a flexible approach to travel between services is essential.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident, with the leadership skills and experience to bring people together, embrace change and ensure our services continue to grow and develop.

If you’re ready to bring your leadership experience, energy and ideas to a role where you can make a genuine difference across a range of services and communities, we’d love to hear from you.
