HLTA – Ealing | Full-Time | ASAP Start

Are you a confident HLTA who is comfortable taking responsibility for a class and delivering lessons in a teacher’s absence?

A welcoming primary school in Ealing is looking for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team ASAP.

As an HLTA, you will work across the school providing classroom support as well as covering lessons when teachers are absent or completing PPA time. You’ll deliver pre-planned lessons, manage the classroom confidently and ensure pupils remain engaged and continue making progress.

The role will also include working with individuals and small groups, delivering targeted interventions and providing additional support for pupils who need it.

The school is particularly interested in hearing from an experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA who has strong classroom management skills and is confident leading a whole class independently.
