After 18 months as a band 3 Health Advisor, you will automatically progress to a band 4 Enhanced Health Advisor, subject to meeting the required criteria. Additional duties within this role include, coaching lesser experienced staff and carrying out tasks to support Team Leaders in the call centres. We can offer a range of full and part time rotas. There is a requirement to work six out of eight public holidays (pro rata depending on rota) as well as three weekends out of five. **PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING** Assessment and Interview Information If you are successful at the shortlisting stage of the process, you will first be required to complete an online assessment. Training You will receive comprehensive, paid training which will enable you to fully support our patients. The training is nine weeks full time. You will commence your role on a training contract and upon successful completion of your training, you will be issued a permanent contract.
