Summary

Teaching Assistant – Ealing | Full-Time | ASAP Start

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Ealing is looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to provide support across the classroom while also working 1:1 and in small groups with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You’ll help pupils access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make positive academic and social progress.

The school has high expectations for every child and offers a creative and inclusive curriculum that celebrates its diverse community. Support staff play an important role within the school, delivering targeted interventions and working closely with teachers to ensure children receive the individual support they need.

The school is looking for a proactive and caring Primary Teaching Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning. Previous experience supporting primary-aged children or pupils with SEN would be highly beneficial.
