Summary

Your new company

You will be working as part of a wider trades team, removing and replacing kitchens & bathrooms in domestic council properties around the West Lothian area. Due to an increase in demand, they are looking to add a joiner to this project as soon as possible.

Your new role

Duties may include:

Installing kitchens and bathrooms within council houses across the West Lothian area

Removing existing fixtures & fitting, then replacing kitchen units, worktops, doors, skirting, and finishings.

Fitting wet walls into bathrooms, working alongside other trades

Completing repairs to flooring, doors, and internal fittings.

Maintain high standards of finished work in occupied tenant homes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a time-served joiner, ideally with experience working in a similar environment. Due to the mobile nature of the role, a works van can be offered. Therefore, you will need a valid UK driving licence with minimal points and endorsements. CSCS card is desired for this position.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered an immediate start on a long-term project in the West Lothian area. Hays will pay you weekly, and you will receive regular updates from an experienced consultant.
