Summary

Our client based in LE12 are looking for LGV C+E Drivers on both Days and Nights shifts. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting full loads directly to various National locations. Your role involves delivering these goods using curtain sided vehicles, then returning to the depot with an empty trailer. There is no handball required for this role and usually 1 - 2 drops.

Shift start time Days 05.30: Roles pay £16.38 per hour rising to £17.05 per hour after 12 weeks

Shift start time Nights 17.30: Roles pay £17.48 per hour rising to £18.19 per hour after 12 weeks

Job Description:

* A full UK driving licence with category CE entitlement

* Min age : 21

* Min 6 month Experience

* No more than 6 current penalty points

* No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years

Driver Responsibilities:

* Check the vehicle regularly and report any issues

* Drive safely and follow all traffic laws

* Deliver goods on time, in full and to the correct address

* Communicate politely with customers

* Keep records of deliveries, mileage, and issues

* Report delays, accidents, or problems to the site manager
