About the Role:

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing assets? As the Strategic Investment & Asset Intelligence Lead, you will lead the strategic management of housing assets through data-driven insights, long-term investment planning, and evidence-based strategies. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing asset performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans.

Provide expert analysis of asset performance, investment needs, and compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain long-term investment plans, including lifecycle modeling and option appraisals.

Ensure the integrity and governance of asset data, driving continuous improvement in data quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset strategies with organizational goals.

Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.

Drive initiatives focused on decarbonization, sustainability, and value for money.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in strategic asset management, investment planning, or property strategy.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A track record of developing and implementing long-term investment strategies.

Knowledge of housing asset compliance, Decent Homes standards, and sustainability initiatives.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Asset Management, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in asset management or investment analysis are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the housing or public sector.
