Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Family Group Worker to join our Family Help Service. Working across our Family Hub locations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality activities and support for children aged 0-5 and their families, helping to improve outcomes and ensure every child gets the best possible start in life

About the role

Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 0-5 and their families.

Provide high-quality crèche provision that supports children's physical, emotional, social and language development.

Encourage parent and carer participation to promote strong attachment and family relationships.

Monitor children's development and contribute to recording progress and outcomes.

Support vulnerable families and signpost them to appropriate services.

Help maintain safe, welcoming and inclusive Family Hub environments.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver excellent services for local families.
