Summary
To provide responsive first-line ICT support across St Basils’ Microsoft 365, endpoint, network, telephony and business systems environment, ensuring users receive timely, customer-focused assistance and that incidents, service requests and changes are logged, prioritised, resolved or escalated in line with agreed service standards.
